Cecile will offer harp lessons in Regina, both at the University of Regina Conservatory and as part of the Public School music programmes. Cecile taught celtic harp to children and adults in Guelph and Kingston, Ontario with much enjoyment and success. She accepts new private students at her studio on South Regina.
